FOR COACHES · HEAD OR ASSISTANT

Spend your time coaching. We'll handle the paperwork.

Practice plans in five minutes, a record for every player, and lineups built from real numbers. You still make every call.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
“I plan practice in the car on the way there. Same six drills, because that's what I can remember.”
“It's 10pm and I still have to put eleven practices on the calendar and text everyone about Saturday.”
THE PROMISE
You already know what your players need.

You know which kid needs work on her glove side. BasesCovered gives you the plan and a record that shows whether it worked. When I pick what to work on from our stats, it shows up in the next game.

Enter your division's rule once, and it shows who can pitch today.

A wristband card: pitch calls in a color-and-number grid
Wristbands

Each player gets her own call card, and the other dugout can't read it.

Playbook: first-and-third throw-through drawn on the field
Playbook

Draw the play, step through it and share it before the pitch.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
A season plan for every player.

Each girl gets goals in the areas she needs, from her swing to her reset between pitches, plus a few milestones to chase. I tick them off when she gets there. Her assessments stay with the plan, so in the fall I can show her parents how far she's come since spring.
