Account details you give us: name, email address, role, and optionally a phone number, photo, and short bio.

Team activity you create in the product: rosters, schedules, RSVPs, attendance, practice plans, assessments, stats, messages, and uploaded media.

To run the product — showing your team its schedule, roster, and messages, and sending the notifications you have opted into.

To keep accounts secure and to diagnose problems. We do not sell your data, and we do not use player data for advertising.

Access follows your role. Coaches and team staff see their own teams. Parents see their own children plus shared team information. Players see their own profile and their team context. League managers see the teams inside the leagues they manage.

When a coach asks for an AI-generated practice plan or player summary, the relevant team data is sent to our AI provider to produce that draft. It is not used to train third-party models.

You can edit your profile and notification preferences at any time in Settings. Teams, leagues, and organizations are archived rather than deleted so historical seasons stay intact.

To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete an account, email support@basescovered.com and we will respond within 30 days.
