You need an account to use BasesCovered. Keep your password private and let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Coaches, parents, and players see different information based on the role assigned to their account and the teams they belong to. Do not attempt to access data for a team you are not a member of.

Player accounts are intended for athletes on a registered roster. A parent or guardian must consent to a player account for any athlete under 13, and coaches are responsible for confirming that consent before inviting a player.

Rosters, practice plans, schedules, stats, messages, and media that you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and display that content to the other members of your team so the product can work.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and keep team communication appropriate for a youth sports environment.

Some features generate suggestions — practice plans, player summaries, and similar drafts. These are starting points that require a coach to review, edit, and save before anyone else sees them. Always apply your own judgement, particularly around player safety and workload.

We work to keep BasesCovered available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms as the product changes; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
